Outside the office, Abbie has a keen interest in animals, which mainly includes her two lively German pointers.
James has been within recruitment in the Financial Services sector for over 18 years, having lived and worked in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. James has acted as a trusted business partner to source senior leaders for local and multinational organisations.
James has gained progressive industry experience and brings an in-depth knowledge to a senior search project. James focuses on forming long-term partnerships with his clients in order to offer a truly consultative service built on time investment, integrity and a considered service delivery to generate the right solution.
Outside of work, James is an RFU Referee, has two active dogs and enjoys international sporting events.

Andrea has worked in the recruitment sector for more than 20 years, initially specialising in recruiting senior financial professionals in the UK before moving into Executive Search. Having sourced talent across a breadth of disciplines in C-Suite roles including COO, CFO, CEO and in niche senior Managerial roles, Andrea delivers a uniquely personalised service – focusing on understanding a client’s needs and matching requirements with a tailored search including market mapping, identification of talent, engagement and screening.
Andrea has advised and worked in Executive search with clients in a variety of sectors including financial services, fintech, retail, fast-growth emerging technology, real estate and distribution, utilising her search experience across a diverse range of ownership/management structures including privately owned family businesses, SMEs, PLCs, private equity backed and VC backed.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys hill- walking with her energetic Spaniel, yoga and bee-keeping.
Practice Leader – Legal, Compliance, Risk
Sophia’s executive search expertise lies within Legal, Compliance and Risk, for Financial Services and Professional Services clients. Alongside recruitment, Sophia’s career includes direct industry experience, she worked as a paralegal at a City Law Firm and spent a year in Investment Management, for a global investment firm as a relationship manager. Sophia studied at UCL, obtaining a 2.1 degree in History and then completed the Law Conversion. Over her career, Sophia has developed a strong network and a keen understanding of market conditions and hiring requirements.
Outside of work Sophia enjoys painting, tennis, surfing and chess.
